When driving in Sofia, it’s important to make enough noise before starting the car for any cats to safely leave. Kittens can even jump up and be around the engine, which can be lethal for both the cat and the car.

Shishman Street
Shishman Street is sometimes pedestrian. It is beautiful and I hope it would one day become pedestrian-only, especially given that the main pedestrian area in Sofia is so packed with people that it’s no longer pleasant.
I wish I took more photos. I didn’t suspect anything there is blog-worthy but when scrolling through the camera roll, these two photos surprised me.
The most beautiful underpass in Sofia
This is close to Orlov Most, connecting Yavorov with the Borisova Gradina, right after Victor Hugo street. I don’t know who came up with the idea to turn a unimportant underpass to a piece of art but here we are. A must see.
