Newspaper booth most likely, I’d say probably 1980-1990 period

This would be a fun object to be the subject of some macro photography.

Nothing but rot there. It was meaningful in the 1980s when we would buy Pif from stands like it, and in the 1990s when newspapers where the big thing. It’s now an obstacle for cars.
