I recommend the 10k/day, it positively changes things that the gym can’t change. The daily 10k is like a combination of therapy, meditation, and gym, 3 in 1.
I suppose it depends on who you are and how you spend your time. I’m a daily runner so I believe I’ve taken care of that part of wellness. Just not the amount of steps 😋
