Spotted in Sofia, near Vasil Levski stadium.
This isn’t the first time I see vandalized scooters. Why it happens is beyond me but I’ve noticed the people who use them and the people who vandalize them seem to be in the U-18 age group.
For a car-heavy city like Sofia, driving these is too dangerous. I think cars within the city should be banned to make the other types of transportation safer, although I’m not particularly fond of scooters. I had two nearly run over me while crossing on a green light this year alone.

At my old job we used to get insurance claims for people vandalizing scooters almost every day, I had no idea it was a thing
