That’s unlikely. That spot has at least 3 well-fed adult cats. I’ve not posted photos of most of them because the area is dirty and I don’t like posting photos with cats taking dirt baths while surrounded by plastic. The orange is a boy, there’s another orange not visible who was there a second before I pressed the photo button.

Maybe they want to kidnap and adopt the kitten. Last batch of kittens are 6-8 weeks old

Life on the street for stray cats is likely short and risky. However, I rarely see thin stray cats. They’re fed.

We have a beautiful black one that’s been coming to visit, but we also have a lot of coyotes, so stray cats have to be very resourceful to survive.
