Best herb tea Bulgaria can offer. We call it “Mashterka”. Some rare herbs gained popularity but I always suspected it’s due to their rarity rather than taste. Mashterka isn’t rare and is delicious.

I grew up with it, we would collect herbs and dry them, and then drink that and other herbs as tea.
Worth checking is if Wikipedia’s translation of Мащерка is correct. Some of the boxes of tea say wild thyme, other say Thymus serpyllum
