It blossoms in two different colors!
This flower is called “Night Beauty” in Bulgarian, or Marvel of Peru in English. Someone planted it on the way to the bus stop.
Here we call them Four O’Clocks. Some people think they’re weeds, but I think they’re amazing. They don’t need much water, so they can make it in the desert, and the way they cross colors like that is awesome. You can find the seeds if you look on the ground around the flowers. They’re dark, about the size and shape of allspice, and if you throw them in your yard they’ll grow and you’ll get some crossbreeding colors of your own! Mother Nature is amazing.

I picked the name after Terry Pratchett’s character Twoflower. I didn’t realize that it’s Twoflower and not Twocolor. In Bulgarian, the word color is the same as flower. So the title was a mistake 🙂
