Many of them are great artists who have never really done much with their art.

I think I differentiate tagging from graffiti. Tagging is bad, graffiti can be awesome.

Yeah, someone tagged most old cars on my street, causing more damage to the cars than they’re worth. Whoever did it thought it’s art, and I saw it as an attack on the most vulnerable neighbors.

I saw graffiti of very good quality. As long as it does not vandalize property is an adavanced form of art.
