I took some nice photos today, however disproportionally many of them were cats and decided to share them separately from the rest.

I stayed there for 2-3 minutes trying to catch the little one still. She was jumping left and right while mom remained still for the camera.

I love the long hair sitting on the ledge–you got a great shot with the light and shadow. But the kitten in the last photo just tugs at my heart.

Number 2 with the longhair is pretty cute, but the kitten/adult pairing wins it.

The domestic longhair was quite alert, and so was the owner. This was the only cat who was clearly not stray.

Of course, all of them but the one where the cat is just beside you is probably the most cute one.

Yeah, I’m surprised this one is still outside. I saw a young couple chasing her with cat food a few months ago.

I really like the one of the momma and baby and the one of cat on the ledge was very nice, beautiful cat and great lighting. It still breaks my heart to see all the cats living on the streets.

The longhair is not stray, a house cat with access to the outside. The owner was 1 meter to the right. Must be a high-effort animal, lots of hair, well groomed, and so large.

They require so much work unless you send them to the groomer. I’ve always had short hair cats for that reason.

These are beautiful! The long haired cat on the ledge is glorious — someone clearly cares for him, that coat is gorgeous! I also love the gray cat gazing at you from up the path. The leaves frame the photo nicely.
