Attempts to clothesline people using the space to go from one place to another? Bet they are hard to see at night. Not sure if they are low enough.

Might be enough to make someone think about being rowdy…? Twisted would probably be strong enough to knock a person down but breakaway enough to not cause permanent damage. IDK.
