When driving in Sofia, it’s important to make enough noise before starting the car for any cats to safely leave. Kittens can even jump up and be around the engine, which can be lethal for both the cat and the car.

We had one who loved to lay on the trunk along the back window. He went for a few accidental rides. He also liked to lay on the patrol cars when they did neighborhood traffic duty.

We had a kitten that found its way under our car when we were visiting friends. It was quite a distance. I don’t know how it never fell out. We found out only the next day when it crawled out from under. It became ours until someone came to ask if we had kittens to give away 😁. They must’ve seen the no of cats outside our home.
