I have unproductive days when I can’t figure out where did all my time go. I don’t think I often have lazy days, assuming lazy means inactive. All the days feel so full of todo items, including weekend and vacation days.
I also push us to do the 10k steps per day, which doesn’t encourage inactivity.
I have a pretty lazy lifestyle, but I try to maintain a weekly/daily chore list. For instance, I always vacuum on Thursdays, wash the sheets on Wednesdays, and clean and stock the bathrooms on Tuesdays. I do other chores as needed. I write and make music… and then I waste a lot of time watching YouTube! 😉
I never thought this would be my life, and sometimes it makes me a little ashamed. But I have to admit, the older I get, the more staying home and away from other people appeals to me. It probably appeals to them that I stay away, too!

As you meantione very well, in your daily routine there is not a laziness. You are busy man.Laziness is often associated with a lack of desire or willingness to exert effort. So, for a busy one we can’t talk about feeling rested or unproductive… I always say, I don’t have time to be lazy… but believe me, I don’t want to. However, I don’t want to get away from my busy schedules, I don’t want to lose my energy… something like that, Thank you, have a nice day, Love, nia
